I don't mind the whole "stand to the right, walk to the left" thing, but I do get pissed off when some douchebag feels the need to yell at the little old lady with the cane who is blocking his path on the left side of the escalator, or the woman balancing a stroller and a toddler because the elevator is out of service again. If you want to walk up or down, use the freaking STAIRS. That's what they're there for. Actually, escalators ARE a ride.
