Comments: The Returned

Comments have returned. I noticed that now that I'm posting more often, stuff is moving from the main page onto the archive pages more quickly. Posts shouldn't stay on this main page forever, but I think they should be available for longer than a week! I've adjusted my settings to fix that, and I'll tinker with it a bit until I get it right.
