Horowitz is a former video distributor who got in hot water with Disney over his promotional tactics: He created two-minute trailers and posted them online as a sales tool. Disney sued, claiming Horowitz violated its trademarks. He's now released a new documentary, Willful Infringement, in which he profiles other artists who've got to the mat over copyright infringement.
