ALA-SC drinkup at Crazy Horse: February 2001. The student chapter of the American Library Association hosted a get-together at Crazy Horse. I was trying out my new camera prior to leaving for Boston.
Movie group at Kathy's: March 2001. I used to meet up once a month with co-workers from Indianapolis for a movie night at someone's home. March 2001 movie night was at Kathy's apartment.
Dave's surprise party: March 2001. My good friend Dave Lichty was treated to a surprise birthday party. He thought he was heading in to work. His friends and family knew otherwise. We'd been invited to surprise Dave at work as he entered the theater.
Rumiko and Dietsch on the town: April 2001. I met Rumiko in Boston during Spring Break; turns out she was a Japanese exchange student at IU. We went out a few times before she returned to Japan. These pictures are from our final dinner together.
